About us

We are a team of sworn translators, attorneys and editors specialized in legal translations, with more than thirty years of experience in the market.

Our tasks include the translation, editing and integral quality assurance of documentation in Spanish, English, German, Italian and Portuguese, focusing on the accuracy and correspondence of legal concepts and, consequently, on the clarity and precision of the message.

Services

We specialize in the translation of texts through the traditional management of translation projects, both sworn and non-official, mainly in the field of law. Our processes always include at least one translation and one editing instance, carried out by two different professionals.

We provide on-site and remote simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services. Our technology allows us to manage up to 25 virtual remote interpreting booths.

We have incorporated the specific service of editing machine translations. The recent contribution of artificial intelligence to machine translation programs has been such that it allows the fast production of translations using these tools in a wide variety of technical fields and with a high degree of quality and semantic accuracy.

The corporate world is increasingly turning to machine translation tools. However, the end product of a machine translation is not 100 % reliable and still requires a final editing stage.

This is why we have decided to offer this new service, which accompanies the evolution of the traditional technical translation activity and makes it possible to obtain a controlled final result, as it adds a final control stage by a professional translator.

Translation needs can often involve a considerable number of related documents, often large in volume. In these cases, the concordance and correspondence of the terminology used in the different documents that make up the project deserve special attention, in addition to other aspects of style and format to be verified. At DIT we offer, in combination with the above services or as a single service, the quality assurance of translated documents that are related to one another, with respect to the remaining documents of the project and to the corresponding documents in the original language.
